Other dance instructors I have known, had overly inflated sense of importance, arrogance and pride. Michelle was the opposite. I'd recommend her to anyone wanting to learn to dance, without having to deal with the BS.

Dance in Boston was great! Me and my husband were trying to learn two dances for our wedding- which for us was very challenging! It was a great experience that we enjoyed very much. The dances went off without a hitch, and it made our special day that much more memorable.

Dancing with Michele as instructor is FUN. She gives us so much special attention, and I am actually enjoying dancing lessons that my wife had to talk me into attending. She is a wonderful teacher!

We got married last summer and originally signed up for Michelle's ballroom dance class so we didn't embarrass ourselves at our wedding. Not only did we receive a lot of compliments but we signed up for her cha-cha & swing class since we enjoyed working with Michelle so much. She works well with a large group but was really great at giving personalized instruction for those who needed more help or wanted to move faster than the pace of the class. Going to class each week was a highlight for us and she was helpful in suggesting songs for our wedding.

Patience, humor - and a wonderful dancer! We had so much fun, that we just keep returning to her classes for the chance to dance! My husband had never had any lessons - and now, at age 50+ has become accomplished and enthusiastic!

My husband and I had a fantastic time with Michele. We got married in 2004, and danced to two songs: Harry Connick Jr.: Fly me to the moon, and Queen: You’re my best friend. We learned the Waltz and Swing. Our dance routine was 5 minutes, and it was fun and challenging. Michele had very cool ideas for our dance routines, even my husband liked them ? We met with her many times. Because my husband and I had never danced before, there was some bickering between us; Michele handled us great. She knew when to challenge us and when to back off. All and all our dance was awesome, and we have Michele to thank. She’s great.

Dance in Boston taught my husband and I how to do our first dance for our wedding. We had a lot of fun, learned how to dance, and were able to have a great pre-wedding bonding experience. The most important thing in dance lessons for us was feeling comfortable and working with Michele we laughed and felt relaxed every single time we met. That made learning the steps- and learning to laugh about our mis-steps a lot easier. Have been to other dance lessons and none compare to her professionalism and energetic personality. We'll never forget our experiences. Highly recommend!

Seriously, Michelle choreographed our wedding dance, she knows how to make you look great on the floor, she's so flexible

Michelle's talent for teaching dance and working with people is truly a gift. Many of my brides and groom's have worked with Dance in Boston to learn how to dance for their big day! On the day of their wedding you would never know they took lessons that's how good they are at dancing! Dance In Boston is by far the best studio around. We took swing, salsa, fox trot, and prepared for our wedding dance there. We always looked forward to our next session - not only because the lessons are top-notch, but also as a result of the attentive, patient, and encouraging support we received. Highly recommended.
