Awful!!!! Never go there! I had the worst experience there and I will never return. Manicures are not worth the money and please do not even get me started on bad the waxes are. There are much better places in the Newton area.

I have NEVER had a bad experience there. Each time I go in, I know that the service is going to be wonderful. If I ever had an experience that was sub-par, I would alert the manager and the situation would be taken care of. They are very attentive and always out to make sure the client is happy.

after reading all these fabulous reviews I decided to give it a go. I just had the worst manicure and pedicure. The poor girl who did the pedicure was sick: coughing, hacking, sniffling, breathing horrible germs all over me. The nail polish ended up pooling in my cuticles which were not well trimmed. The worst part is that I have nail polish on the bottom and sides of my toes! I kid you not. After my pedi, I went to get my nails done. After 2 painful cuts by the file and cuticle cutter and nails trimmed unevenly I gave up on my relaxing self-indulgent treat. That said, the staff was very friendly and nice. The place was very clean. I am not (too) worried that I'll get an infection from these cuts. I spent $59 for a mediocre pedicure and manicure. I don't think I'll be going back any time soon...

As a male at first it was a weird experience, however, the staff as well as the treatment I got at MiniLuxe was unsurpassed. I can't say enough about the place. A must see!

all the little details add up to a fabulous experience and it doesn't break the bank. Hip environment, emphasis on clean/sterile appliances and professional staff...miniluxe gets my vote!

Everyone should have a MiniLuxe experience! The friendly and knowledgeable technicians made my visit quite enjoyable. I was especially impressed with the sheik and cleanly atmosphere. I'm happy to say that I've finally found a place that I am comfortable with getting regularly scheduled manicures and pedicures.

Miniluxe is the most luxurious, pampering, clean manicre/pedicure experience bar none. Nothing else even comes close. I hope they open other locations because once you've been to Miniluxe you'll want to go back again and again.
