We purchased both my engagement ring and our wedding bands from ADCO Diamond Co., and the whole experience was delightful. We had been wandering around the jewelry district completely flustered when we came into ADCO, and Norair put us completely at ease. Norair and Rina helped us select the perfect engagement ring, and later Aline helped us select our wedding bands. We were very particular about the bands we wanted and we hoped to have special customized engravings, and Aline and family bent over backwards for us. They completely understood what we wanted and helped us in every way, and the results are beautiful. Overall the selection of rings they have is excellent, so many attractive designs, and such quality stones as well. ADCO is a family business and they are committed to providing diamonds that are conflict-free; they have so much integrity. In addition, we adored everyone in the Arslanian family, they spent so much time with us and wish theirs were the type of business we could patronize more frequently! We enjoyed working with ADCO Diamond through and through and recommend them to everyone!

On November 25th, 2005 I gave a Diamond ring to my girlfriend (now wife). She was overwhelmed with joy (I would like to think it was due to our future - but the diamond cinched it!) I was referred to ADCO more than ten years ago by a friend at work and they took good care to show me quality and value at the same time. I left a happy customer and continue to be one. I have since referred five or six (or more) friends and relatives...and all have left as satisfied customers, including one friend who came all the way from NY to have a ring made. The folks at ADCO do fine work and pay attention to the details. I'll be back again.

My husband bought my engagement ring from Norair and Allene in 1989. It is as beautiful today as it was then, I would never change anything about my ring. The customer service was impeccable. This past Halloween, while running around the house getting it and the kids ready, my diamond solitaire necklace came undone (on a non-ADCO supplied chain). My mother, my husband and I were frantic. We were looking everywhere, indoors, outdoors. While running through the house I turned a corner and saw the diamond shining brightly underneath a piece of baseboard that was elevated from the carpet. The evening sun was shining through a window and the stone, as amazing as it is, was deflecting the light back at me like a beacon. It was amazing, truly unbelievable, and very lucky. My 2-year old daughter found the necklace weeks later in a differnent part of the house. Thank you ADCO for my beautiful solitaire necklace, engagement ring, weddling band and earrings. We love you!

I thought buying a diamond was going to be the most difficult purchase. The staff at ADCO made me feel confident by being patient and by guiding me. I now have a relationship with them for all my diamond needs...from a wedding present to baby gifts. I have recommended them to anyone on the market. I was at a conference. An attendee and I were discussing diamonds. He told me he was buying from a small family business and that I would not know them. When he said he was buying from ADCO, I thought now the secret is out...everyone knows about ADCO.

I can't say enough good things about ADCO and the Arslanian family. Talk about an unassuming place, but a company that does everything the right way. I purchased my wife's engagement ring and our wedding rings at ADCO six years ago and had a perfect experience. Mr. Arslanian spent over two hours educating me on diamonds so that I was able to make the best decision. They provide excellent service and you will not find a better deal and most importantly better quality.

This is a family run business and everyone in the family business knows their stuff. We traveled from N.H. & bought our ring from Rina and she was just awesome. Rina, who is a GIA grad, sat with us and went thru all the considerations above & beyond the 4 C's. We got an awesome ring, at a great price, with the pedigree (GIA)paperwork to back it up. Just as important we feel great knowing we were dealing with an honest company who stands behind their product and service and cares enough about their customers to not pressure or push like many shizters in the business. They are the real deal in a business that rarely is!

I studied up on diamonds and had many questions. One very reputable jeweler in the jewelers building threw me out after i asked too many questions. This was the owner who's been selling diamonds since he left the war in 1945. He basically said he knew diamonds and all that mattered was that if one looked good to me then it was good enough -- "BS" I'm the one paying and not a small amount at that. Adco provided superb service. Their tactics are much more professional and understanding. They were very knowledgeable about their diamonds, they had patience with me and understood my needs. They were not pushy and quite pleasant. Adco made my diamond buying experience so good I would recommend them to anybody.

I had a very good experience recently buying my fiance's engagement ring from ADCO. Norman and Rina worked with me to get the setting I wanted at a great price. I was able to see several diamonds in my range and specifications. It was totally an un-rushed and no pressure experience. I got a great diamond at a great price. I researched prices and other dealers prior and ADCO gave me the best overall service and price.

They were extremely patient, completely explained the grading, and helped me select an excellent diamond based on value, not just arbitrary specs. We spent a couple hours finding the perfect stone, and they had the right setting. Their prices were very competitive even with online stores. My fiance, (now wife) adores the ring.
