I absolutely LOVE Althera! Mary and her staff are knowledgeable and so sweet! The place is spotless and very calming. Every massage I have gotten has been wonderful. These girls are so strong!!! LOL

I have had a couple of "chair" massages and have really enjoyed them. Massages definitely help to relieve various symptoms such as stiffness, aches, etc.

I ran the Boston marathon this past year and started having calf problems 2 weeks before the race. Carrie not only helped work my muscles out, but gave me preparation tips that I followed through raceday. When I called to schedule my post-marathon massage, they immediately knew my name and congratulated me on the marathon as they had looked my time up on the internet. You just don't get a massage at altThera, you make an investment in your health with people who care.
