Is there a way to vote against Town Fair? I suppose the tires are just fine, and none have fallen off (yet) so installation's okay, but customer service is dreadful. I went in yesterday to pick up my car to find two young men on the telephone (one the store phone, the other a cell), both on obviously private conversations; the short story is that it took over five minutes for one of them to finally say "I gotta go, I got a customer." With no apology he asked me what I wanted, and - slowly - took is time about printing off several sheets of paper which he arranged on the counter so that about an inch of the bottom sheets was visible, and asked me to sign all four "for their office files". He seemed put out that I needed to look at the pages before I signed them. I haven't looked for alternatives to Town Fair in my town - but I will.
