Jeff Senior chose the name to reflect his vision of a restaurant known for its aggressive pursuits of the highest quality product, while keeping it affordable. Food is excellent and fresh. Lots of options on the menu - great service.
I have been eating seafood at SkipJack's for twenty years... Their cajun slant to seafood is different and very good... I no longer live in Boston... But I tell everyone if you want seafood go to Boston and directly to there... I make a point of stopping in on my regular visits home...
