Bill Ravanis' sons, George and Bill Jr., have kept the restaurant running the way their father demands, with excellent food, good service, and fair prices. Some of the recognitions Frank's has achieved include several of Boston Magazines "Best of Boston" awards including "Best Lounge" and "Best Neighborhood Restaurant". Boston Globe gave an excellent review in their "Cheap Eats" section and the Channel 5 TV show "Chronicle" gave Frank's "The Best Of Cheap Eats". The Phantom Gourmet gave Frank's an "86" rating as well as placing it in the "Top 5" for Steakhouses, Comfort Food, and Neighborhood Restaurants.

Great burgers too. All around good food all the time.
The best prime rib in the Boston area. The friendliest staff and owners. A great family restaurant-something for everyone!
We go to Frank's every Friday night-it's our "date night." The best prime rib around. The owners always make you feel welcome and the staff is awesome! We also bring our friends for special occasions there. The best!

I haven't been to a lot of the other places, but Franks is classic, especially the Barry Manilow looking guy who sings.
Where else can you get a full steak dinner for around $20 and have it be good quality food but at Franks!
Let's keep the steak affordable and delicious. You don't have to bring out the tiara to eat at a steak house for pete's (or Frank's) sake
