My boyfriend and I purchased my engagement ring here. We realized we didn't have a huge budget, about $2000. It was during a snowstorm and the manager showed us a beautiful ring that meet our budget. They did not have the matching wedding ring in at the time, so I asked when it would be available, as the ring that I picked out was a contoured ring that would need an exact match to make it look right. The manager told me that it would be coming in in about a month. So a month later we called, and no one calls us back. We call again, no one calls us back. We finally go in two months later and are told that they were never expecting to get the matching band in, and in fact they can't even find the ring in their books to order it. They found one that was similar, but it was going to cost $2600 which we would have to pay without seeing it in person (and not even be an exact match)! That was more than the engagement ring! When I expressed my concern over the pice to the manager, she told me that she had given me a great deal on the engagement ring because we had come in on a snowy day, and that is just how much they cost. When I told her that we would never have bought the ring if we had realized that, she became extremely rude. I left, and we ended up getting a beautiful custom ring from Bostonian Jewelers in the same building (it wasn't cheap, but they did a great job and were very friendly).

I am coming up on the 1 year anniversary of the purchase of my "birthstone ring". My "spousal equivalent" and I spent a happy couple of hours browsing the store and working with the wonderful salesman to get just the RIGHT setting and stone for my ring. To date, this ring causes people to oooh and aaah over it and to know where it was purchased. I NEVER hesitate to tell them DePrisco's. There was no pressure to purchase the biggest and most expensive ring there. The only pressure I experienced was that of having to wait til Christmas to wear it (rather than open the ring box and stare at it longingly). Thank you for the most gorgeous ring I've ever owned.!!

My engagement ring came from DePrisco's and their service is even more excellent than the color of the gem that Aaron helped my fiance pick out. When I went in to order the wedding bands I had just picked up my invitations from the printer's. They wanted to see and 'ohhed' and 'ahhed' with me. Aaron and Debbie were so friendly and attentive, I nearly invited them to my wedding.

Four Stars for Depriscos! Even though I did not buy my girlfriend's engagement ring there, the staff was still extremely helpful to us in selecting our wedding bands; no pressure from Maria, their wedding band "goddess". Other places we went to seemed to lose interest in us when they discovered our diamond came from elsewhere. We were very happy with the Deprisco staff as a whole. You will absolutely see us come back!

Not only are the rings at DePrisco stunningly beautiful, but the staff at DePrisco are excellent and know everything there is to know about wedding rings. My fiance and I worked with Pam and she made looking for wedding rings a really fun and relaxing experience for us. She didn't steer us toward the most expensive, but really took our personal tastes and lifestyles into account and helped us to find absolutely perfect rings for one another.

If you like the snooty type then this is the place to be. I did get the deal I wanted but
only after standing firm with my negotiation.
When I went to present my Deprisco dollar, the sales person didn't know what it was. I have to admit it was an experience I will not repeat.
