I saved for years to buy my Audi TT which was quite the expenditure for me. In a case of very bad luck, the car was horribly vandalized while I was out celebrating my 40th birthday with my wife. I had the car repaired by another local body shop and was not at all happy with the outcome. My four year old could have done better with a spray can! The body shop would not even return my calls. Then, one year later on my wedding anniversary, the car was vandalized again!!! So much for city life! Needless to say, I was just devastated. At the suggestion of my insurance agent, I took the car to Hanson and Tilton. I cannot say enough about how well they handled the situation from A - Z. Made me feel better from the start. After they were done, the car looked better than new. You would never know what had happened and the memory of what was truly a horrible experience for me was erased. Well, almost.

As a single woman, they have never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable (which is very different from any other auto body shop I've ever been in). They're always quick with a joke, easy, and professional. And their work is top-notch.

I have used Hanson Tilton (Wayne and Micky) for about 10 years. The work is perfect. They do what they say they are going to and more. They deliver on time and consult in the interim. I am a near "Monk" obsessive. compulsive so I know. They truly get it on customer service.

Hanson & Tilton Collision Repair is exceptional! I have used them twice, and they make unpleasant situations extremely pleasant. They are incredibly nice to work with, and do a fantastic job. They are very professional and their work is excellent. Each step is made easy and they handle everything for you. I would highly recommend them, and I can't say enough about them. I would not go to anyone else for collision repair. They are the very best!

On a favorite older car, Wayne told us it was probably too costly to fix properly but to be sure he'd have to take the rear panel off to see extent of rust damage. His forecast proved right so he reassembled the existing panel and then significantly UNDERCHARGED for the hours he had put in. His work is flawless and he's HONEST.

Quality workmanship, attention to detail, use of new and authentic parts, courtesy from the mechanics, office staff and owner all go into making this auto repair business the very finiest in New England. We have used this company and Wayne Stevenson for work on a 2001 Jetta both in '01 and '06, and a Passat in 2006. Top notch work!!

I was very impressed by the quality of service at Hanson & Tilton's. Their website was excellent and provided me with all the information i needed. Even though they were extremely busy they found the time to fix my sideview mirror in one day. Everyone there was nice and very helpful

They can even help you through one of those really bad days, when you want to crawl under a rock. We were having problems with the insurance company, and even after 2 months of back and forth....they were still extremely patient. Professional, accountable, affordable, and dependable.

In a world where quality is sacrificed for time and money, Hanson & Tilton upholds the idea that quality is first and foremost. My car was involved in a terrible accident with extensive damage, and instead of the "quickie" fixer-upper, Hanson and Tilton took the time and effort to repair the car correctly, as would a car manufacturor, and gave me back my car in pre-crash condition. I honestly can't tell there was any previous damage. Well done, and keep up the good work!
