Dave has completely changed my practice. Classes are complete moments of effort and tranquility.
Expert instruction at all levels, yet totally respectful of where you are. Not everyone can flex into a pretzel; but with Dave's coaching and teaching, maybe one day pretzelhood will be achieved!
