They have an extremely relaxing environment. The food and service are always excellent. Head chef Nathan Kemmerer is superb!

The food here is consistently wonderful. The pre fixe meals are a bargain and the pub menu is really worth trying.

I happen to know that Flying Fig buys everything fresh and Local! To me, that is so important in this day and age.
I see the owner buying fresh at North Union Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings....everything..which of course, means numerous trips to her car....that's what i call dedication and a passion for serving her customers the very Best!
