Planning a wedding? Do not use this bakery! We had a small ceremony and ordered two cakes. We had no problems with our first cake. However for our big celebratory party a few weeks later, we ordered a larger (4-tiered) cake. Disaster. We had been in the store several times- spoken to staff on the phone- we shouldn't have had any issues. We had ordered a cake w/ bright spring colors and fresh fruit. We show up and are given a cake with big mauve roses. The chef didn't like the fruit idea and didn't see the need to call us. The cake was also leaning heavily- the clerk admitted this but didn't know what to do. Or care. The only concession we got from them was the addition of yellow roses. No one on management level ever addressed our concerns. This was our wedding cake. It was expensive and we should have received better service. We were really disappointed. I would never recommend Chocolate Pi to anyone.
