I got married recently and needed a very specific kind of slip to wear under my wedding gown. I tried four different lingerie stores before someone recommended Trousseau, and yes indeed, Trousseau had exactly what I needed, and they were fun to work with!

The customer service and knowledge of their staff make them truly the best. They were referred to me by a seamstress who said I should not shop for my wedding bra anywhere else. I now will never buy a bra anywhere but at Trousseaus.

After visiting several other bridal shops, I found Trousseau to have the largest inventory of items - I found everything that I needed in one place - from dresses, to shoes, to undergarments, to jewelry, and even honeymoon lingerie! And, more importantly, a marvelous staff who knew about all the products, and who provided excellent, personal service and were very attentive. And I am a challenge to fit! Thanks Trousseau!

The staff at Trousseau care about their customers! It's difficult for me to find bras that fit since I have a big cup size and a small band size. Whenever I come in, the owner is very helpful and friendly. After visiting once, she remembered by cup size. They knew just how to fit me! I love their bras!

In all my years of shopping for bras no store has had such competent and honest staff. Respect of privacy and knowledgable staff make for a much more pleasant experience which could easily otherwise be a hassle and embarrassing. Furthermore, their selection is beautiful and classy! And when it comes to gift wrapping, a new customer will be overwhelmed from the giver to the recipient

They fit to you -you don't have to fit to their makes and models. There is no one salesperson who is the best -they all are knowledgeable, easy to work with -and usually come up with something I hadn't even known about. You are transported to old fashioned customer service and relationships -the moment you enter the shop.

Customer service the way it should be - they take a personal interest in every customer and their needs. The merchandise is exquisite in quality and uniqueness. I recommend the store to all of my girlfriends - although it is hard to get out of the store without buying anything because their collections are so incredible!

Total customer service. True knowledge about fabrics, sizes, fit, style. Willing to order different sizes and styles at no cost to customer. Oh yeah did I mention that their customer service is always done with a smile! My post baby breasts are back up where they belong due to Trousseau's proper fitting! Ya-hoo!

The women at Trousseau know how to fit bras, and carry sizes I have not found at any other store anywhere. I spent years wearing bras that did not fit comfortably because I had to make due with what I could find. With this store, I finally was able to have someone explain how to determine if a bra fits correctly and offer a selection of bras and other lingerie in the size I need. I no longer bother even looking anywhere else. This store is fantastic!

I just love the level of customer service that Trousseau provides. They put up with me being VERY picky with a smile and will special order absolutely anything. Also, I love that everything in the store isn't made with skinny women in mind. Some of us have more to love!

Speaking as a full figured woman, it is wonderful to be warmly welcomed into the boutique by the staff! The staff is knowledgeable about its stock and I can always find something to make me feel luxuriously beautiful! The quality of the lingerie is superb and the quality of service is fantastic!

Customer Service Hands Down makes them the best! The staff actually knows what good customer service and care are all about. You just don't find that in the big stuffy mall stores with untrained staff who just want to sell the product instead of what's best for the customer. You never feel that way at Trousseau. They make you feel like you are their only customer and what is best for you is the most important to them. I wish all retail stores were trained and staffed with the ladies for Trousseau. Shopping would certainly be more enjoyable. I have been a loyal customer now for over a year and i will continue to come back for any and all of my lingere needs.
