Great pancakes, long lines but they always move fast, and there is ALWAYS a table!
A tiny restaurant that serves delicious food whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. I have never been dissatisfied with anything I have ordered and one can see that in the faces of its customers whether tourists or regulars like myself. For ambience one goes elsewhere but for a scrumptious meal without the fluff it would take a lot to outdo this little gem.

The pancakes are phenomenal, the coffee fresh, and the atmosphere laid-back. It's a bit of nostalgia, and the place is hopping and in a great part of town.
I love the paramount. The food is always great and the owners and staff friendly and nice.
