I had a remote starter installed into one of my vehicles. I had a small issue with cold starting because I moved to Maine. They went the extra step to help me off hours and rectify the issue. They knew to reprogram for extreme cold duty, also installed a new antenna for better reception. Really stepped beyond the standard service line. I am totally satisfied.
