Flying Apron products are created with your good health in mind. They are made using the finest organic ingredients; whole grain wheat free flours and organic non hydrogenated oils. The Flying Apron is a wheat free bakery and nearly all of our baked goods are gluten free and vegan . Many of our products are alternatively sweetened as well. For a list of ingredients for each of our products turn to the inside.

If you are a vegan, vegetarian, or more importantly on a gluten free diet, this is the place to get wonderful cookies, and muffins and tarts and bread and they also serve lunch with homemade soup and salads. Try the peanut butter joys, outstanding!! They list all their ingredients right by the item,so you know what you're eating, and use organic everything with a mix of flours, grains, nuts and fruit that is healthy and tasty , and the staff is helpful too. The atmosphere is relaxing, with nice old wooden tables and plenty of seating. They have a great website, that also lists the ingredients of many of their items, so there's no surprizes. Everything is fresh, but go early in the day for best selection, they sell out of many of the items as they're so good!
