Saldare Spa

Saldare was the first neighborhood spa established in Boston’s SOWA district. A cozy, warm, relaxed environment with a staff that makes you feel right at home. Far away from the typical, upscale and uptight places in other parts of the city, but by far one of the best kept secrets the city has to offer. We offer a variety of massage therapies and styles, and will tailor them to meet your needs. In addition to our wide range of massage services, we offer body treatments, soothing and cleansing facials, waxing and nail care. Also available are one-on-one fitness sessions in our small private gym.

Nicole is fabulous!!! Try a 30 minute foot massage and you won't want to leave...
Terrific place all the services are great. I also like that it feels like a neighborhood place. Nichole the owner goes out of her way for her clients.
Let's face it, not everyone likes to work out. I'm no exception. But somehow Nicole manages to make it fun to come in for my thrice weekly training sessions. With her focus on whole body health and fitness I know I'm doing something good for myself when I'm working out with her.
Saldare Spa isn't your typical day spa; it's much more intimate than that. The rooms are cozy and personalized, not clinical. And the gym is filled with equipment that has been purchased with the needs of the clients in mind. Being a regular at Saldare is like spending time with friends - the great people who work there and the other clients, too.
It would be a crime if I didn't mention that Nicole gives the best massage I've ever had. These aren't wimpy rub downs, Nicole gives the real, deep down deal. You'll come away feeling like a new person.
In the beginning my wife told me I should go. I decided that I would give it a try. I have been going ever since. The personalized one on one is great. You get an overall general workout, with emphasis on your specific issues. The folks at Saldare are professional. They know their craft. I would strongly recommend Saldare Spa.
Excellent massage and wonderful one on one personal training. nicole keeps it fresh and fun, while working that body into shape. 2 years and sticking with it. didn't know there were so many ways to work a muscle group!
Great group, down to earth, well trained to provide private fitness, many types of massage and other spa services.
I have had some really great full body massages at Saldare--and I have been trained as a masseur, so I am a pretty good judge.
The Owner, Nicole Ricci has an incredible sense of humour about making people "be who they want to be" she encourages a hearty and balanced workout regime, while being encouraging, warm, funny and personal. She truly puts the "personal into personal trainer" The atmosphere is inviting and artistic, with the help of partner, Lisa Costanza who has displayed her contemplative paintings around the space. It is neighborhood in feeling and friendly to the core. Great services at reasonable prices, fresh, clean and energizing and relaxing at the same time....LOVE IT!
I helped out at the spa, and found it be a very comfortable and inviting place. Also the massage's are the best you could ever Try a facail and you will be hooked.
Nicole Ricci, the owner of Saldare, has been my personal trainer for a little more than two years now. The results are nothing less than amazing. Her knowledge and experience have given me the confidence to stay with the program. She is clearly one of the very best the City has to offer. Her staff is professional and personable, offering waxing, facials and massages. A visit to Saldare will not disappoint.
A wonderful, professional spa with really down to earth employees. The owner, Nicole Ricci is meticulous in her approach to exceptional spa services and her personal training skills are outstanding!
This is the first personal training experience that I have stuck with and seen results. It's been two years and I truly enjoy the unintimidating experience and flexible schedule.

Get waxing services there /and also the best brow arching & brazilian waxing in the neighborhood.
No frills, comfortable, quiet place- and the one of the best massages Boston has to offer for a lot less $$ then the competition.
I have been going to Saldare Spa since they opened. Nicole makes working out fun for those of us that really need to do it but don't like it. I also know that the Spa is reasonably priced and has great package deals available. In the South End where gyms and spas can be somewhat intimidating, Saldare Spa has a atmosphere that is relaxing the minute you walk in the door. Nicole, Kendra and Lyndon are warm professionals that have a good business with many regular clients. Try it, you'll like it!
Friendly staff, great massage and a great personal fitness trainer who knows her stuff.
I've done both massages and personal training with Nicole. She pretty much knows the body inside and out and can help you build a better body, and relax it into a sweet bliss. She goes one better than making you 'feel' welcome and at home in her space, she actually means it. Try it, you'll definitely go back again and again.
