I ordered a Prada purse cake from Cake Nouveau and I have to say Courtney is AMAZING!!! The cake was beautiful. If you are looking for something different and unique. I highly suggest Cake Nouveau. Her cake looked so real that my Dad pulled the handles off the cake because he thought it was a REAL purse not a cake. Luckily I was able to fix it back!

I loved the cupcake tower Courtney designed for me. She did everything I asked and I got lots of compliments! The cupcakes were super delicious and were a HUGE hit at our wedding - they went fast!!

Cake Nouveau is the ONLY place to go in the GTA... if you want a cake worth having!!! The lady who runs it is a CHAMPION winning the top prize on the tv show Food Network Challenge off of The Food Network. Courtney has a creative gift unlike any other.

The cupcakes here are o.k. but the cakes are AMAZING!! Get a cookie and a cake slice next time you're there. This part of Ann arbor is getting so nice.

Gorgeous Gorgeous cakes! I LOVE their Mimosa Cupcake! Yum! I bought myself one to celebrate my baby's due date... the cupcake was so good it ALMOST made me forget that I was going overdue!

Cake Nouveau is nice. The cupcakes are o.k. but the cake is amazing! Today I saw a cake that was so beautiful. I would want the decorator to scult something for my house not just for my party. She is an artist.

Cake Nouveau did a cake for my daughters sweet 16 birthday party on July 11, 2008 and the cake was out of sight. It was an hollywood of the stars cake and I live no where near Ann Arbor but I plan on ordering cakes in the future. You go girl!

I feel in love with the cupcakes and the texture of them after my first bite. My husband and I wasted no time to book Courtney and her talent for both our baby showers. The staff was very helpful and set a very good level of confidence for us in regards to both cakes being different and treated equal with attention they will receive! We are very excited--Thanks You Guys!!!!!

AMAZING CAKES! I was lucky to be able to reserve Cake Nouveau for our wedding in June of 2009! They appear to be in such high demand, it's incredible! Many cupcakes later I am still loving them and looking forward to our cake! Great job Cake Nouveau!

Anyone who gives Cake Nouveau less than 5 stars has obviously never tried their cakes. They are exquisite and artistic in style and absolutely delicious in taste! No wonder the Food Network keeps calling her to compete on TV, and it's no surprise she keeps winning! I highly recommend Cake Nouveau to anyone looking for "high performance" cakes! I should know... she made my wedding cake, and people are STILL talking about it!

The first time I experienced the premier quality of taste and texture, vision and venue (what a beautiful comfy shop), flavor and frosting, and creative and cool cupcakes I was in Ann Arbor, all the way from São Paulo, Brazil, for Courtney's wedding. And she was doing cakes for OTHER weddings, with the same unquestionable quality, the same unequalled equanimity, and the same undaunted dazzle. It made me want to "waist" my poetic license, and take a lot of pictures, and almost kept me from returning to the land of the Samba and Bossa "Nouveau"! Congratulations, and you can be sure that I'll be back!

After seeing Chef Courtney Clark on the Food Network I was inspired to go to Cake Nouveau! Once I arrived to Cake Nouveau the first person I saw was Chef Courtney and she made me feel instantly at home! Her selections of cupcakes were different from any selections I have ever seen. After tasting her cupcakes I had to make look at my feet, because he cupcakes knock my socks off!

I first had one of Courtneys cakes when a friend had her create a beatiful cake for her daughters 3rd b-day talk about the WOW factor!! I absoulutly could'nt resist her making one for my daughters 6th b-day what a yummy treat she is amazing to just listen and create a cake based off your ideas...WOW.
I have also been there several times for her cupcakes ohhh the banana split one is just melt in your mouth yummy I actually had over a dozen made just for my daughters family birthday party.. I would suggest anyone go to Cake Nouveau for creative unique cake and cupcakes!!!

I had the cupcakes for my 30th birthday almost a year ago and I STILL think about these delights weekly. EVERY time I end up downtown I make sure to grab a couple. I love that I am supporting a young successful local woman! Courtney makes Ann Arbor proud!

These delicious treats tickle my fancy! I've tried a lot of cakes, and these are definitely the best. I mean they're all good... everyone loves cake, but these are not only great tasting, they are great looking!

This is not your ordinary cake shop! If you prefer sugar loaded frosting like you get from a can or oil and shortening loaded cupcakes... stay away. But as for me, I think these are the BEST! Delish!

Courtney rocks! Her cakes not only look amazing, they taste great too! As a catering manager for a large wedding venue, I've seen LOTS of wedding cakes. Cake Nouveau's are always the best and Courtney is great to work with!

Cake Nouveau is absolutely amazing! My family and I felt like we were walking into a storybook cupcake/cake wonderland! There were whimsical tunes playing over the loud speakers, an welcoming and friendly staff, and some of the most delicious cupcakes I've ever tasted. If you are a foodie who LOVES cupcakes that don't taste like oil and DO taste like a warm buttery Heaven, Cake Nouveau is your place.

Since I grew up in the South, cake had a very different taste than Courtney's great creations. Also, being the daughter of a working Mother, I followed the box variety /
method rather than the more involved way of my grandmothers. Amazing how much these custom designs of Cake Nouveau please the eye as well as the taste buds now that I have seen the incredible possibilities of decorating and learned to discern the extent of flavors available.
