It is a great museum showing what it was reaaly like during the early part of our country and it's navy.
The USS Constitution Museum has a truly historic "living" part of the museum in the USS Constitution itself as well as hands on exhibits in the museum. The museum goes beyond the Boston Harbor by reaching out to children and adults across the country in its extended programs. The curriculum, All Hands on Deck, has creative activities for students at all grade levels.

I'm a retired Army Reserve colonel who lives in Arizona and a member of the USS Constitution Museum. It's still one of our greatest National Treasures.
Where else in the world can you see and touch a piece of history that the museum is about - outside of buildings.
Seeing the Constitution from Hwy 93 everyday on the way to work, and visiting her anytime we like as Bostonians makes my husband Peter and I feel very very proud (and lucky to be able to do so) because she is so well cared for, respected and interpreted by the US Navy and the US Park Service at the USS Constitution Museum.
Educational, fun, free & the whole family can do it together.

This is the best interactive museum in the city. The kids have a great time and learn about the history of our great country!!!
