Boston Children's Museum
Today, after 90 years, the Boston Children's Museum exists to help children understand and enjoy the world in which they live. As an early museum experience for children, our environment is informal, but our purpose is serious. We want children to grow up feeling secure and self-confident with respect for others and the natural world. We encourage imagination, curiosity, questioning, and realism. We provide opportunities for new insights, involvement with the world and understanding of human differences with world-class exhibits and programs.

I have been going to the Children's Museum since my daughter was a child. Now she is the mother of a 11 and 7 year old that she takes. What better place for children to see what a museum is like. Going to the Children's Museum encourages children to visit museums when they get older.
This museum has been my favorite since I was a child. It has so many interactive opportunities for children to participate in their own learning!
understand what makes kids tick. great displays which promote interaction rather than keeping you "behind the rope"
I love taking my son there, we both have a blast!! He love joining in the play " The Three Little Pigs" and before we leave each time , we always take a picture in the photo booth downstairs to document our day together. Thanx BCM for a having such a wonderful place. Keep up the good work.
