BIN 26 Enoteca is a Beacon Hill neighborhood restaurant with a seasonally Driven menu and wine list, which will change often. En-oh-TECK-a, a common term used mostly in Italy, refers to a place where one can find simple foods to accompany the wines sold there. At BIN 26 enoteca, we will offer a menu designed for snacking and sharing, or for a full meal. We will use artisan made cured meats, imported cheese, fresh seafood and vegetables from around New England, as much as possible. BIN 26 enoteca will boast an international wine list with over fifty wines by glass and nearly two hundred wines by bottles paired with the menu. Guests can simply drop in for an informal dish of pasta or a more formal multi course haute cuisine.
