I have been enjoying the food at Pedro's for years, and it's always superb; my favorite being the roasted chicken or Pollo en Brasa, with sweet plaintains, tasty yuca wedges, and black beans and rice, drizzled with cilantro sauce. And the coconut flan is consistently the best I've ever tasted... I don't even bother ordering flan at any other restaurants anymore.
