Casablanca's Chef, Camillo Diaz, moved to the United States from Columbia at the age of sixteen. Chef Diaz learned how to perfect Mediterranean classics from Todd English and has also worked at some of Boston's finest restaurants including Figs, Harvest, The Fireplace and Oleana.
