Opened in 1987. This location took over the legendary Phil’s restaurant when Phil Bongio decided to retire from the business. (Phil had a change of heart soon after and has been kind enough to work with us ever since.) The restaurant has been the recipient of numerous awards, and has also been written about in publications ranging from national magazines to travel books. It has even appeared in a best-selling detective novel.
