The Alumni Pool and Wang Fitness Center and The Zesiger Sports and Fitness Center welcome you to a new paradigm in fitness. By recognizing the dynamic connection between mind and body, the fitness and recreation staff encourage social interaction, regular participation in fitness and recreation, and the development of community. Symbolic of this link, the Zesiger Sports and Fitness Center connects with the Johnson Athletic Center, Rockwell Cage and the DuPont Gymnasium and is complemented by the nearby Alumni Pool and Wang Fitness Center. Our facility staff embrace the culture of MIT.

Great staff, long hours and they have several floors of gym equipment, 2 pools, very inexpensive and varied group exercise classes and Au Bon Pain right in the building.

First of all, the facilities are state of the art and well maintained. The staff is helpful and pleasant and ready to answer questions and assit in anyway possible. They offer a wide variety of fitness and health programs to meet anyone's fitness goals - the most casual to the most extreme, and they will make it fun to do and to improve. I've been amember since it was opened and will continue with it as long as I am working in Cambridge.

It's a short walk from my office to the most beautiful, all encompassing sports center I've seen. You can reserve equipment for later, but I've never had trouble finding space on a machine that I'm interested in using. The pool is gorgeous and it's nice to watch the swimmers while working out.

It's an Olympic size swimming pool that opens to 50-meters in the summer and at various time throughout the year. The water is clear and clean. They've also got diving boards and a side training pool. There's also a great staff that works there!

This facility is really top notch. The staff is always friendly and helpful; the facilities are clean, well organized, and never so crowded that it becomes unpleasant. Its one of the best gyms I've been a member of in this area. It doesn't have the fancy amenities like TVs at every treadmill, but its set up so that you can watch people walking by the quad, or watch a TV, or the pool. Its the kind of gym that you feel good going to and coming out of.

The facility is absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the entire establishment is so clean! I love how the treadmills are overlooking the pool, it gives patrons something nice to look at when excercising

The Zcenter has an amazing olympic sized pool which is always very clean. Constant lifeguarding and friendly staff make this a fun and safe pool for families and athletes.

Zesiger is clean, well-equipped and exceedingly well maintained. Opening hours are excellent, can fit around any work schedule. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

The pool is brand-new, a 50m pool with plenty of lap swimming, a great Masters swim team (MIT Masters) and competent & friendly lifeguards. It is very bright with lots of windows and good lighting and has a high ceiling for better ventilation. There is also a separate, warmer teaching pool. The Z center offers towel service and lockers can be rented in the locker room.
