Even though the staff members do an excellent job. They have very poor customer service skills. After using their services twice before, I called to cancel an appointment a day before due to family emergency, I was told not to come back again to the place. I was called irresponsible and pretty much hung up on. It was not a pleasant situation. Some politeness and customer service would have been essential here. They have lost me and my husband as a customer that is for sure.
