Pilates at Green Street is the oldest certified studio in Massachusetts. Founded in 1993 by Martha Mason, the studio, located at 185 Green Street in Central Square Cambridge, offers the highest quality instruction in Pilates and the Gyrotonic Expansion System. We offer individual classes as well as duos and trios on the equipment, and a number of group mat classes. However, to guarantee the quality of our instruction, we limit the maximum number of participants in our mat classes to 12 (beginners) and 15 (advanced) respectively.

Intimate class size makes for a very tailored program. I thought I knew pilates before I came here. There is an exceptional attention to detail in the way you are taught and the intensity allows you to always push further.
