I've been going to the South Bay location since they opened up. Great Service,efficient and friendly staff. It's a lot faster now with the new belt system installed for the detailing part of the operation.

I live in Cleveland, but I go to ScrubaDub when I visit Framingham. I'll wait all year to get my car detailed at Scrubadub. They're the best at the best price!

ScrubaDub has the best wash and great dryers at the end, unlike any car washed in the area. Grafton & Shrewsbury St. Worcester! Also the Touch Free wash off Grafton Street is better than Ernies by 100%

ScrubaDub is by far the best quality auto wash system that I have ever experienced. I own a high-end sports car and I am very fussy about who and how my car is detailed, and they are careful, articulate and affordable!!!

I have been a customer and club member for several years and used to be very happy with the service. However, ScrubaDub has started the new practice of charging extra to have the car wiped off after the wash and the inside cleaned, I do not think that it is as good as it used to be!

I have a late model white truck set up for serious off-road play and an occasional show....needless to say, I want to look it's best at all times; the Shrewsbury team on Route 9 has always treated me and my ride with professionalism and respect. That's why I go every week. They do a real nice job.

Scrubadub is the best car wash in new England. because the Employees do a good job pleasing the public by making sure that everyone is satisfied with their car been nice and clean.on top of thing, Srubadub give us free tokens with every wash to vaccum clean our cars for free.No other car washes do that. i'm very happy with the service that srubadub provides.thank you Srubadub. I always went to Scrub a Dub, Im even part of the club. I thought they did a great job until I went to the Brookline location. They had a ladder just sitting in the tracks of the carwash. It scraped down the whole side of my car. When I wanted my car fixed, it was a major hassle with them. I thought that I received very poor customer service.

The Salem, NH ScrubaDub car wash has the best help I have ever seen in years. Years ago, I had the time and energy to I hand wash my car weekly, so I would not get scratches on the paint. Well, with the ScrubaDub soft car wash that went out the door, who has time for that. It's the customer service too that brings me back. The trained guys really do care about doing the best job possible and show their care for the most important investment I use on a daily basis.

always friendly, efficient and trustworthy--very professional, and they do a GREAT job on the car, inside and out. The car is ready when they say it will be, if not before. Anytime I'm not satisfied, I go through the car wash a second time, no questions asked. In fact, they take down information from me to find out why it wasn't perfect the first time.
Plus, I like their washing technology the best--soft cloths, extra materials for hand touch ups, etc.

Consistency is the key. The guys are always friendly, care about the cars, listen to special concerns and with the new dryers my car or suv comes out sparkling clean and dry. What more can you ask for?? Ok, Free Peanuts...done!!!
