Both Guenther and Rebecca sensed a strong need for a European style bakery that serviced both the hotel industry and the retail market. Thus, they left the security and prestige of the Ritz to open their fledgling new business. Konditor Meister is the name paying homage to Guenther's training in the pastry arts of Germany.

I had a Konditor Meister wedding cake and it was so delicious. We didn't even have a cake tasting anywhere else, we knew we wanted Konditor Meister as soon as we got engaged.

Very good prices. You can get a cake for $25.00 that is delicious and pretty. Stop and Shop is the same price for birthday cakes, if not more. I started going there when they were in Quincy 10 years ago and i still buy all my cakes there, try it .

I ordered my wedding cake from Konditor Meister and they designed it exactly how I wanted it. And it was delicious! I buy all my cakes and desserts from them.

The cakes at konditor meister are incredible. They offered a free tasting so that you could try all of the different flavors before you choose your flavor. They have lots of photos of designs they've done and they'll ask you about your big day to help you in designing exactly what you want. Our cake purchase went perfectly. It arrived on time and everyone said "this is the best wedding cake I have ever had"...it wasn't that dry white cake with the ultra sweet frosting. This is real cake and real frosting! The staff at konditor meister are incredible. No pressure and lots of help and patience to answer your thousands of questions.

When I booked Konditor Meister to make my wedding cake, my fiancé John was overseas. When Konditor Meister heard this, they invited us for a second tasting upon his return home - this meant a lot to us because he missed so much of the planning while he was gone. They were also able to handle all of my last minute changes with ease - which was great because what bride doesn't change her mind last minute! The wedding was on June 3, 2006 and the cake was fantastic. All of my friends raved about how good it was, & they keep asking if they can come over when we eat the top layer for our anniversary next year! It was amazing to deal with such a wonderful bakery & the cake was one thing that I knew I never had to stress about. Cynthia M. Moses

Our wedding cake was so beautiful. I think the cake was the most important detail for my mother. The staff at Konditor Meister really gave my mother and I such personal service. My husband just enjoyed all the samples! Our guests are still talking about how beautiful our cake looked and tasted.

My class went to Konditor Meister on my friend's brithday and they sang Happy Birthday to her in German (we were on a field trip for our German class) and presented her with a cake! It was so generous of them. Their workers are amazing and taught us how to make many different pastries. The cakes and pastries are to die for! They are by far the best.

Konditor Meister's wedding cakes are fabulous. The price is reasonable. Their individual bakeries are delicious especially the fruit tart.
