Linda, Phil and their staff are very knowledgeable with not only the current ski equipment, but when it comes to customs fitted boots and footbeds they are the best in the business. They can make a pair of ski boots feel like a pair of slippers with some slight modifications and customs footbeds.

Best, personalized service of any ski shop in the Boston vicinity. I will NOT take my skis anywhere else to be tuned. Last time I did resulted in a bad tune and even worse tumble. Phil and his team really know how to service what they sell, and know you by name the second time you stop by.

Great place to rent ski equipment from, Employees are knowledgeable about fittings and the equipment. No pressured sales tactics, they are looking to build a relationship for return customers. I also purchased boots at the end of the season this year, they fit great!!!

We have been going to Ski Stop for over 20 years, ever since Phil started it out of his parent's garage! To see how they have grown is amazing. Their staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help you out. The store is always busy but they are always there to make you feel comfortable and tend to your needs, you never feel rushed. There is a warm professional atmosphere in the store that makes you feel part of the ski stop family!
