Worst customer service experience of my life. I went Christmas shopping there last year and bought a robe for my mother. The owner asked if I would like it embroidered and after being assured it would be here by Christmas I went ahead with it. I never received a phone call telling me it was in nor did I get a call back after leaving several messages. When I finally got the robe the day AFTER Christmas, the owner's response to my questioning was, "I don't have time to call people back. I have a business to run." Well with such a rude and condescending attitude like that, you won't have one to run for very long.

I love love love their products! Everything they offer is great (fitting). When I was pregnant, they had just the right bra for my growing bust... just like the shirt says: no bust too big or small they do fit them all. I love those girls!

My first experience with them was great! It was very intimidating at first because I had never really been to a "lingerie" boutique but everyone that worked there was so genuine and helpful! I felt really confident about everything when I left and I will always go back to them!! I'm also very proud at how far they have come!!

I have just recently gone through breast cancer. In such a difficult time it is nice to find comfort and support from whomever and wherever. LiviRae Lingerie provided not only a fabulous product but also a constant support group. What a wonderful blessing to have people with real heart and soul come into life. I went into get fitted for a bra a couple of weeks ago. The staff was very friendly, yet professional. They were very discreet with one on one attention. The staff is very knowledgeable and explained what to look for when choosing the right size bra. I purchased two expertly fit garments that day and plan to purchase more when the next time I am in GA. I would highly recommend Livirae Lingerie to all women for their intimate apparel needs.

I was blown away by the service and selection. I used to shop at Phipps. The fit-specialists here were more accurate and didn't make me feel self-conscious, the selection was exactly the elegant glamorous styles that I like. It was so nice not having to walk so far through the mall and stores today. I just popped in and emerged with a much-improved sillhouette and a head-turning smile because the experience was refreshing rather than wearing me out. There was even a nice place for my daughters to read and color, while I made my selections! I also felt like it was a good value for the high-quality.
