I was shocked upon check-out, after my first fitting, that they tacked on an additional $480 dollars on my bill. Since they make you pay for each adjustment, I truly believe that they ordered the wrong dress size, I literally had to hold up the dress from falling down!!! (NO, I weigh the same exact as at the time of the measurments were taken). They also charged me additional $208 for having the train bustled. I was not advised of this fee when I ordered the dress. OUTRAGEOUS!!!! SNEAKY!!!!

Phyllis is a DOLL! If you plan to visit the salon make sure you request her. In under 30 seconds you will feel as though you've known her for years. I visited all the top salons and nothing came close to my experience at Priscilla of Boston. Phyllis's experience, expertise and kindness is simply amazing. She isn't all about a sale. She is all about making your wedding dreams come true. I could go on but I would rather you go and see for yourself.

Even though I did not buy my wedding gown from Priscilla's, the experience was unforgettable. The dresses are so dreamy, and the ladies there are so kind. I tell all my friends who are getting married to visit Priscilla's. It's a once in a lifetime chance to find the dress of your dreams!

Of all of the bridal salons in Boston and the surrounding areas, Priscilla's was above and beyond excellent! From the minute you walk into their salon, they are helpful, outgoing and extremely accommodating. Especially Michelle! She helped me and was outstanding!
