They are always helpful, awesome, radical dudes and ladies who know what they are doing when it comes to bikes. I've gotten flats miles away and passed other bike shops just to go to Cambridge or Boston bicycles to buy tubes. They aren't snobs, they aren't jerks, they ARE just a bunch of awesome people who will fix whatever problem you are having with your bike.
They are the fairest, least arrogant, most genuine group of bike mechanics in the city. If something is not exactly right, they will help out until it is - without charging extra.
Items very well displayed and easy to fine,as well as the employees are very very helpful when asked. Todays world you need businesses like that. Keep up good work.
Fantastic service. They give good, honest advice and really want to help people have the best bike experience possible.
Run by wonderful people, who, among other good acts, set me up with a bike that has given me hundreds of hours of pure delight.
Just because...well, they're the best. And I can guarantee you won't find a cheaper or better tune-up in the city.
Bike riders, This is a good place to buy a bike! Helpful staff, no attitude, fair prices, good selection, quality bikes, quick service, good location, excellent fixed wheel selection.
What more do you want!!!
Cambridge bicycle is the best bike shop,I know that if something happened to my "SupaSkilled" family/friends,I could always turn to these guys.
this store is incredibly well-stocked with a multitude of options and its staff are informative, helpful, and appreciative of customers. the environment is casual and inviting. i tell everyone about this place.
Nix and Dan are the friendliest mechanics/sales dudes i know. the shop rules, the atmosphere is great and the location COULDn't be any more convenient to get to. high5s boys for being no. 1 in my book. OH- and that new kid with the glasses is a babe too, thanks for the input about the yellow grips- my bike looks HOT.
Yes they have great stuff, but its really all about service, right, and they're all about service. They're the best.
one of the greatest places for bike repair. unlike Ace W, they don't try to persuade u to buy new stuff fr them every time u r there. they deserve a win!
They have the cutest, nicest bunch of boys (and girl) working in that shop! Such a hip hot-spot for bikers!
Great service, great prices and most importantly, an excellent, friendly, professional staff and owner.
Cambridge Bicycle is a excellent bike shop with friendly knowledgeable staff and a clean well maintained space.
Cambridge Bike rules. Awesome service, knowledgeable staff, this is the shop to go to!
the staff has always been so helpful and knowledgeable. They seem to know their stuff and I trust them. Prices are reasonable too!
The owners are helpful and curteous. I can find what I need and if I can't there is always someone willing to help.
Just a friendly, down to earth shop that's not in your face. Very knowledgeable about bicycles in a broad spectrum with a variety of essential and non-essential parts.
Damn, this has to be the best customer service in Boston. These guys are honest and friendly. I will invite them over for dinner.
CAMBRIDGE BICYCLE IS THE BEST KID! i've gone to that shop for the last 7 years reguardless of where i've lived in the city. those guys are not only helpful but they completely avoid having your typical bike shop snob feel.
