Welcome to the Village Smokehouse, where we offer southern hospitality surrounding an authentic open pit Texas barbeque, in historic Brookline Village. With barbecue shrimp, grilled Texas Sausage, and items like the "Death Fajita", the Village Smokehouse has become a local favorite for barbecue food. The restaurant is located at the intersection of Harvard and Washington Streets in Brookline Village.

The Smokehouse is a great place to relax and have some excellent food - you can't go wrong with the pulled pork sandwich or any of the rib selections...and you won't go home hungry!

this place pales in comparison to any other bbq ive visited in the city. pork ribs fall off the bone, steaks and burgers are awesome. 20 years in the business should speak for itself.

myself and my family have enjoyed the food from the Village Smokehouse for 15 years and the quality and taste have remained outstanding. Our favorites are smoked chicken and ribs. Pulled pork is another hit. Everything on the menu is very good and the staff is very friendly.

As a true southerner transplanted to Boston, I must say that there are several great BBQ places to visit but I must say that the Village Smokehouse gets my vote, especially for the southern hospitality and consistent product!!!

The Village Smokehouse has the tastiest barbeque ribs I've ever had (beef & pork). I liked the southern style theme. With the friendly staff, it makes a great atmosphere for family and friends.
