Absolutely terrible experience. I shopped around for my wedding ring and found less expensive rings of similar quality but decided to go with long's for their supposed good service. On 3 occasions when we were in the store, the sales staff offered to polish and wash my engagement ring as a bonus if we bought the $2000 wedding ring. Seemed reasonable. My fiance got the same oral agreement when he actually purchased the ring as a gift, and they said they would polish and wash my ring when we came to get the ring resized because i needed it changed. We then went back to do this and they insisted that noone had ever said that and demanded that we pay $42 dollars for a polish. This was some of the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. I will never shop here again and I would recommend to others that they look elsewhere.

My fiance bought my engagement ring from longs and we had such great service we returned to buy wedding rings. I have returned several times to Longs jewelers for other jewelry purchases and repairs.
