best bbq ever and the owners steve and mike go out of their way to please. my favorties are the dirty taters, rib eye and beef tips. They are the bomb. Bike night is so much fun. The bartender Cherlon is awesome.

Porkies is in Apopka but people all over Central Florida KNOW it's the best. We do remote broadcasts all around town and whenever we have Porkie's with us, it's GONE in about 20 minutes - and they give us A LOT. Good thing they always come back and bring more ; ) Not only do their pulled pork sammiches fly outta there but I have never had better potatoes than Porkie's Dirty Taters. With a squirt of that Toons sauch (hot and sweet)...mmmmm mmmmm!

I hate politics -so now the real deal is the food. In my opinion its is not Number 1,there are better.Too much inconsistancy in the meats-the pork , one day dry- one day greasy-one day covered in some kind of sauce? ,overcooked chicken .The girls are helpful when complaining but your appetite is gone by then.the smallest sides I have seen.Need to kick it up a few notchs Steve.
Porkies is the best BBQ around, hands down. The service is great, the portions are wonderful, the food is delicious, and the price is right. Ya can't beat them...
friends are good-but the food is what matters in my opinion-my service was pooron 3 ocassions food was good but needs some size improvements especially the sides compared to the other local guys

Not only is the food delicious but the waitresses are too. Their smiles are so welcoming when you walk in the door. The one with the plastic apron is the friendliest. I can barely leave the front door without eating at least 2 smoked butts! I love Porkies!!!

I think porkies is the best because they always got there most known lunch special (jumbo pork sandwich with 2 sides and a drink). I also think that porkies is the best because they cook on a BBQ pit or inside on wood that gives it there great taste. Most BBQ places don't use wood and they use gas flame. Thats why I think porkies is the best in Central Florida.
