The PiYo Pilates Studio is Hampton Roads premier exercise studio and is conveniently located in the exciting and beautiful Port Warwick community of Newport News, VA. We offer personal training, duet classes, and group mat sessions for all age groups and fitness levels. Our trained and certified staff teaches the classic Pilates method, a Pilates-Yoga blend of mind/body exercises, and golf Pilates in small and intimate classes.
