Independently owned and operated for 13 years! At Pet Palace, we pride ourselves on great customer service as well as a knowledgeable staff. We have been in business for over thirteen years. Using that experience we can help you with most of your pet issues. Pets and their nutrition are very important to us. We want your pet to stay healthy and happy. Call or come in, we would love to have you as a customer!

We love everyone at Pet Palace and our doggies refuse to go anywhere else. If you want knowledgeable, friendly staff then you can't go anywhere else. Dr. Haas is a great no nonsense vet, he gets to the root of the problem without charging an arm and a leg.

I love this place! From the friendly and knowledgeable staff, I always get exactly what I want, and never a problem with special orders. They have a great and unique fish selection, I get help with my pond, turtles, tortoises, parrot, dogs & cat questions. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and have adopted pets from them as well. More pet stores should care about pets they way they do here.

Pet Palace has great products and great service. Very pet friendly and a number of store pets to say hi to and visit. Any time I have a pet question they're the ones I call. They get to know their customers and do anything they can to keep us coming back!

The staff is very helpful... they really know about the products they sell and they will happily carry your purchase out to your car. A++ for products and A++++ for great service with a smile...Thanks to everyone at Pet Palace, the only place I shop anymore

Pet Palace is the only place we buy our dogs (2 of 'em) food. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. An added bonus.... there's a great vet working on site.

They have the best natural food for pets; they have wonderful turtles on display (not for sale, but I love to watch them) and they are always helpful.

There are several pet stores that are closer to me, but I'll drive the extra distance for Pet Palace. Wonderful place that truly cares for you and your pets. They are also committed to helping homeless pets find forever homes. There is no better place than Pet Palace!

Pet Palace is a terrific place. They are friendly, actually past friendly, they truly care about their customers. They are very knowledgable about animals and the products they carry. They also have a HUGE heart for all animals and try to find homes for the less fortunate. they are not your run of the mill pet store at all. I recommend them to anyone who totally loves their animals and wants the best for them. We live in Elizabeth now and make special trips to Aurora just for the Pet Palace experience.

The personal, home feel of Pet Palace places them well above any other pet store we have used. They have been our store/vet for over 18 years with outstanding service. Being welcomed by all the roaming pets makes it that much better. They are just the best!

They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff always has time to answer questions and to help me find the items that I need. They do not hesitate to special order something for me if they don't carry the item. They deserve this award!!!!

Great clean store/great people that work there, and they truly love animals! Just walk in and see all the cats and dogs they have rescued. They get free roaming privileges and are very well behaved!

What a marvelous find! My dogs love their natural food choices and I can find any and all thing's dog there. One stop shopping with a bunch of nice owners and customers! Great hours of operation too.

What an incredible "independent" store for any and all pets. While we concentrate on supplying our dogs with natural pet foods, this store has anything for the pet enthusiast, always at very cost-effective pricing too! We are in there every week! Terrific owners (always working) and staff, they beat the pants off the big box stores with their knowledge, selection and pricing.

They have it all! Predominantly natural dog food choices. Our fish and hamster from them have been great additions. VERY competitive prices Vs big box stores. Will even stay late - if you call - to serve you the dog food you are missing. Owners are ALWAYS there working with a terrifically friendly staff.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful and I appreciate the healthy products they carry for my animals. I love that they have their pets in the store to greet us at the door and it really shows how much they love animals. I've gone to other stores over the years, but this is my favorite pet store.
