Steven Paradiso and his family founded the area restaurant in 2004 with the simple goal of making the best pizzas, sandwiches and pasta around. This family owned business prides itself on being the best of the best. Customers can savor the freshly-made food as everything is made to order. Every dish comes with the extra toppings of pride and talent. The Paradisos entered the pizza business over two decades ago in New York. Luckily for North Carolinians, they have brought their experience and talent to Apex. This expertise and only the freshest ingredients makes for a wonderful combination. Their "Brick Oven" style pizzas, gourmet pizzas and pasta selections are just a few of the dishes that make for the ultimate dining experience for patrons.
