I used to drive all over the metro area and search the net to find supplies and classes. Now I don't even bother; I just go to Paper Tales. If they don't have what I want (which is extremely rare) Cass will get it no matter what! The staff and instructors are not there just to sell products--they're friends and family to everyone who walks in the door. The instructors--who are prize-winning and published--are phenomenal; I take nearly every class they offer. There are classes for every style, and I have seen them spend unlimited time for free to help walk-ins leave with their perfect designs. Every visit to Paper Tales will make your day. You'll leave not only with wonderful up-to-the-minute supplies at the very best prices and lots of great new ideas, but also feeling happy that you stopped in to shop and chat in the huge, cheerful atmosphere.

Papertales has all the latest and greatest supplies available. Along with friendly service, helpful hints, awesome classes and designers you might get a glimpse of the cutest baby on earth while your there! It is my relaxing home away from home. A great place to hang out for friendship and pizza on Friday nights. It is by far the greatest scrapbook store anywhere!

I am one half of the recipients of the above mentioned 40th anniversary album...yes it was great and our daughter is remarkable. I am also a Scrap Newbie. Cass has been very helpful to me as well as Mike. This is a great store, with great customers -- a great place to shop!!!

It's one of the BEST scrapbook stores I've ever been in! They have EVERYTHING a scrapper needs....and when I say scrapper, I mean a MEGA scrapper like myself who looks for the latest and greatest and very unique items!! The owner of the store is SUPER nice and will do anything she can to help you. It's an awesome store with ample scrapping space!

They are the best because they have a great variety for being a small business. The staff is wonderful. The crop space is big enough to stretch out.

I have been to a lot of scrapbook stores. Shopping at Paper Tales is a reason to visit with Cass as much as it is to shop. She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with what you have bought and that you know the new things in the store. She strives to find items that are "different" from all other stores of its' kind. Paper Tales continues to be my favorite scrapbooking store.

There are too many reasons to list! But when I re-did my parents wedding album for their 40th anniversary - it was Cass who really helped me make it the gift that brought tears to my parents' eyes. For that - they are #1 in my book!

The staff is always so helpful. The crop nights are always fun. Cass always has great ideas. I love that they do thing to help different causes like breast cancer and other.

The first time I walked into Paper Tales my heart started beating wildly...LOL. What a beautiful store! Everything is so attractively displayed and the workers are so friendly...I travel from Downriver to come to this store because it is just so spectacular.

Not only is it an amazing place to hang out and scrap...with everything I could want at my fingertips, but the owner also designs jewelry and created the most amazing headpiece for my wedding day!

The staff is very enthusiastic! They really love helping the customers with ideas! All the latest product and things you cant find in other stores--like specialty ribbon, etc. The classes offered are very informative- second to none! It's a HUGE store with nice wide isles... A store you want to take your time in... VERY large crop area...definitely MY favorite craft store!

I moved out of the area 6 years ago and just recently stumbled upon this store! (Gosh, it would have been within walking distance of my old house!!) I have been visiting lots of scrap booking shops lately, as I am a new scrapper. I can honestly say that this smaller store carries everything that those big, dedicated-to-scrapping stores carry. I like the fact that their shelves are always full. (I hate empty shelving space!) The best part is that they are personable, honest and friendly! I made the 20 mile trip to their store twice in the first month I found them! I would recommend anyone who likes 'personal' service to take a look at this store. You'll find the prices are lower than other LARGE scrapping stores and you'll feel like you could stay all day!! Thanks to the staff at Paper Tales!!! I'll be back..........

I've been to all the scrap stores and this is the only one where the owner is continually ordering all the best new products as soon as they are introduced. And have all the best classes with the best instructors.
