Enjoy Chef Elise Wiggins' contemporary Northern Italian cuisine in a spectacular urban setting with uncompromising service and wines. Featuring dishes such as Tonna Tartare, ahi tuna with avocado, white truffle oil, aged balsamic vinegar and crostini, Gamberi alla Carbonara, housemade fettuccini with sautéed shrimp, pancetta, cream sauce and fried egg and Agnello Griglia, grilled lamb T-bones with rosemary, mint and red wine, served with borlotti beans and Savoy cabbage, Panzano is a little bit of Italy in the heart of Denver.

We love Chef Elise! Her duck confit cigars are out of this world!
Always great food. Avoid the vegetarian eggplant. Check out the short ribs!
So far, have not found an Italian restaurant that compares to Panzano. Menue changes every 4 -6 months, excellent service and the aire of elegance. Can't be beat!
Without a doubt the best Italian food in Denver. Chef Elise is incredible and her food never dissapoints! The service at this restaurant is also top notch.
LOVED IT!!! It was beautiful for brunch with my bridesmaids the day of my wedding. The food was wonderful everyone enjoyed themselves.

ABSOLUTELY the best restaurant in Denver. Everything is fresh and made in the restaurant including their bread! We also love it because they have a GLUTEN-FREE menu and serve GF foccaccia bread! Unbelievable!!!!!!

Oh my gosh, this place is incredible. Ive been several times now and love the food and wine list. The food is really spectacular and the service equally as good.
Special attention to detail is what makes this restaurant top notch!! Food is fantastic!! Wine pairings are dead on-can't go wrong at this place!

Cooks station is the best
I have been, during my short life, to 38 states and several countries. In all the time I have been alive, I have never experienced a better Italian restaurant than Panzano. The service is amazing, and to call the food amazing would be a ridiculous understatement. Their chef is a personal heroine of mine! If you want an incredible culinary experience, visit them!
If you haven't tried this, you are missing out!
The food is out of this world, Chef Elise is phenomenal with her love of southern cooking while bringing us a taste of Italy that cannot be found anywhere else!
