Presently based in Washington D.C., this five piece ensemble, featuring Sista Pat, native of South America, on lead vocals, D.C.’s own Walter Tates Jr. mastering both tenor and soprano saxophones, keyboards and vocals, veteran guitarist Tony Harrod manning lead guitar, B.T. Richardson rocking the bass and vocals and Chris Bynum keeping the pulse flowing on drums and vocals. For the past eight years, One Nite Stand has performed throughout the Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia area. Having spanned the globe individually and collectively, these seasoned performers thus enhance their vibes with the variety of the flavors that will guarantee a memorable One Nite Stand

One Night Stand is one of my favorite bands to sit in with in the area not only because of my fellow musicians in the band are top notch but also the guitar player Tony Harrod and I perform on our own around the city from time to time!
They are always intimate with their audience - I feel like a member of a big family every time I see them.
great mix of music...Walter can play 'em all with any instrument! And they work the crowd so, so well. Reggae, soca, r&b, soul, jazz...they do it all!
They rock it over at Madam's Organ! They play EVERYTHING! And EVERYBODY dances! A guaranteed good time!
