Northstar Pilates Solutions, LLC is a unique provider of rehabilitation and wellness services for the Western New York region. The rehabilitation needs and fitness goals of our patients & clients are met utilizing the Pilates Environment. Our mission is to provide each individual with the most comprehensive Pilates Experience while ensuring the best quality of customer service possible. It is our hope that each person derives the same balance in mind, body, and spirit that was intended by J.H. and Clara Pilates. Our goal is that individuals continue to explore and redefine these concepts to attain the finest form of health possible. Client sessions are 1-on-1 with a certified practitioner, and are one hour in duration. Initial sessions are geared toward evaluation and functional assessment to gain an understanding of the physical abilities and goals of each client, and programs are individually tailored to suit those needs and goals. Sessions are progressive, as the Pilates Environment offers us a vast continuum of assistance/resistance to explore movement safely and at a level most appropriate to the participant. At Northstar Pilates Solutions, we also offer a variety of group Mat and Reformer classes. The classes range from beginner level and Post rehabilitation mat classes through advanced reformer classes. So, whether you are looking to get that amazing lean & sculpted Pilates body, or seeking physical therapy through Pilates have a class or instructor who can accommodate you. Our dedicated staff has the knowledge and experience to provide a safe, effective, and comprehensive program designed to provide you with the greatest results in the least amount of time.
