Fabulous ambience, friendly people, unbelievable food! The private booths are extremely special. Loved my experience at Musashi!
The food here is excellent and the service is the best in the business. They focus on quality and great customer service with an comforting enviornment. If you want to meet the owner you prbably have he is the one the greeted and seated you. lol
Outstanding sushi and staff make this easily the best sushi in the Detroit Metro area
I LOVE musashi! I recommend the tempura and the nabeyaki udon! YUM-MY! Oh yea and the sushi is of course the best around - hands down.
Musashi is like a hidden gem in the metro area! If you're lucky enough to find it, or know where it is, then you're dining in a wonderful atmosphere with astonishing food...especially the authentic sushi. (One of the only places that uses REAL crab in California Rolls, for example.) Just like that imitation crab a lot of places serve, there's a lot of imitators of what Musashi does. Just remember, Musashi did it FIRST!
The food at Mushashi is top quality! The staff is always friendly and professional. Julie Turla
The best service, sushi, and rolls in Metro detroit, love the professional yet friendly environment.
the food is great the people r friendly and they have hosted 6 years of fantasy football for us
The food is always fresh and exquisitely presented. The service is professional and quick. It's a great place to go with a group and order a number of sushi dishes to share. For those who don't like raw fish, there are lots of other choices on the menu.
One of the oldest and best Japanese cuisines in the Detroit area. The place is beautiful and the staff is always friendly. I always have this as one of my top locations to host parties and everyone is always amazed.
Delicious food, friendly service; took care to explain the sushi menu to us, Sushi was presented very well and was very fresh, crisp and flavorful. I look forward to returning. Also enjoyed the Shrimp Tempura which was lightly coated, cooked perfectly and tasty, thankfully the waitress asked if I wanted the 3 or 5 piece. The 3 piece was more than enough for lunch.
True sushi lovers know where to go in Detroit. Musashi is ALWAYS worth it! I still cry about their having to close the location in Windsor!
Never a bad meal. Fish always subtle-tasting, never too strong. Know this sounds like a contradiction in terms, but everything is delicate yet substantial.
Amazing sushi and food. My favorite sushi bar in Detroit. The fish is more fresh than anywhere else and the rolls are just magnificent to look at! My favorites are the Bamboo Roll and the new Tigers Roll. The sashimi is pretty awesome too!
Musashi has been my favorite sushi bar for at least 10 years--I also love the Japanese food, the gyoza soup is out of this world! Huge fan also of the shrimp tenpura rolls and triple spicy tuna! Just wish it was closer to Detroit!
Everything is so fresh. One of the only places where you can get more "exotic" offerings like fluke, toro, cuttlefish, sea urchin, and the other specialties of the day. The sashimi was out of this world too!
Musashi is the best sushi I've ever had in Detroit--and I've been to at least 20 different restaurants in the past 10 years! The Japanese scallop nigiri was unbelievable the last time I visited--it melted in my mouth! I also recommend the Chef Yao's magnifico roll. I can't even explain how artistic and delicious this "deconstructed" sushi was--except to say that it looked like a dish on Iron Chef! From the kitchen, I also think that the sirloin teriyaki and the soft shell crab with wasabi cream are delicious! Love you Musashi!
