Step back in time and share the experience with your friends in our historic Victorian Tea Parlor. Come in and enjoy a two-hour Friendship Tea giving you an opportunity to renew your friendship with one another. This occasion is for two or more and is served with High Tea. Or just come in for a nice cup of tea. We are located in San Diego, CA.

I recently had tea with friends and it was wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. One person in our party was unable to attend because of illness and "Mrs. Burton" wrapped up some of everything to take home to her. It was a very thoughtful gesture.

Mrs. Burton's Tea Room has been the sight for many wonderful memories. I always take my family and friends there for that very special occasion which needs the personal touch, great intimate atmosphere and delicious food. We recently celebrated my mom's 98th birthday there complete with bows and hats!

Everyone feels at home at Mrs. Burton's, and is made to feel as though you are the guests she has been waiting for all day!
Dressing up in the great hats and boas is a lot of fun too!

I am 98 years old and I have visited the Tea House 5 times! The hostess -Judy- has become a dear friend and I take guests there every chance I get! The food is great and we love picking out a bright hat. It is such fun and we stay for hours! You will love it! The peach-caramel tea is delicious!

Judy...the hostess..is a delightful lady who makes a visit to the the Tea House an unforgettable experience! My Mom and I return again and again, always bringing new guests with us. The food is all homemade and just wonderful..picking out a hat is great fun and you go home with wonderful memories of days gone by!

I found this absolutely delightful. The high tea finger food was very nice, the tea delicious (apricot/caramel the day I was there) and the owner is charming. Fun!!!

Mrs. Burton's Tea Room was so much fun. The tea was delicious as well as all the little sandwiches and desserts. I would definitely recommend this place!!

I loved it! So relaxing to sit and sip tea and eat dainty sandwiches in the company of your closest friends. I would urge everyone to give it a try! Fabulous!

I have been to Mrs. Burtons three other times and have always enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, the service. I have been to a tea house with my friend, and we were the only customers. The food was horrible! So, we returned to Mrs. Burton's and knew we would get better food. : )

Their high tea is awesome! We get to wear beautiful hats and boas and be taken back to a wonderful historical time.

What a beautiful area of Old town-Heritage Park. I went there with girlfriends for afternoon tea and what an experience: great service, charming atmosphere, delicious tea, sandwhiches, scone & desserts.

Nice environment, good price, wonderful food, nice owner, great sandwiches, get to have your picture taken with a fancy hat and boa. Best value for the money. Been going there for 5 years

Sat. Sept. 15- Just came home from a beautiful tea at Mrs. Burton's. It was fabulous with great sandwiches, scones, deserts and magnificent tea all served so very graciously in a friendly atmosphere! A great way to celebrate yours and others birthdays!

Warm, friendly atmosphere. Owner and staff work very hard to make each guest feel special. Food is great.
