My mother has been talking with the AG's office about getting stuck with an unused gift certificate, too. We don't know yet if they will be able to help but since they deal in consumer fraud it's worth a shot.

Hello - this spa packed up and left with no forwarding information and a ton of people holding worthless, yet expensive, gift certificates. What recourse do we have on this place to get our $$ back?
