The worst customer service I have ever encountered in upscale merchandise. You must be aware: nice looking store but you are paying their mortgage. Sergio has a nasty attitude and has a reputation in jeweler circles as a jerk. He along with his snobby staff will stand in the doorway like a used car lot if you don't buy that same day.
