Our exploration of food, the arts, politics and community that surround food began on the ides of March, 1975 in Indian Hills, Colorado. After several incarnations in Denver, we settled here in the center of town, opening on Halloween, 1990. The Mercury specializes in Organic International Cuisine, Community Theatre, and Community Dancing. Champion dancers teach many of the classes and create a welcoming atmosphere for all who attend the dances. It boasts a big hardwood dance floor, antique bar, beautiful murals, and three grand pianos. The Mercury Cafe is a local and international legend.

They did everything for us!! Flowers, decorations, setup was all included in a low price. We were able to create our own dishes for the menu.
A fantastic place to eat and relax. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food, especially the desserts are out of this world.
