Oakland store a real turn off; no normal sizes and manager (Sheena??) rude and needs reality check. The crew at the Eastland store has it going on.

Great customer service. They always get the items that I need. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and honest. I do all my back to school, Christmas and Easter shopping at this store!!! They have a huge selection to pick from!
