Our restaurant celebrates the spirit of Samuel Maverick, a 1800's Texas cattle rancher who refused to brand his herd-forever immortalizing himself as a radical and independent thinker. We at Maverick strive to be original and share our passion for the innovative. Maverick is an American Eatery & Wine Bar serving Lunch and Dinner weekly with Brunch and Dinner Saturday and Sunday. Our kitchen will focus on regional American cuisine using as much organic produce and sustainable meats and fish as possible. It is our goal to serve you the best possible product at the best price all with style and grace.
